At Inspira, we started with a simple idea: make travel more accessible through technology. Back in 2012, in Southern California, a small group of developers and entrepreneurs came together with a shared passion for travel—and a big vision. The goal was to create a Closed User Group (CUG) travel platform that could power employee benefits, resort loyalty, and wellness incentive programs for organizations worldwide. The mission was clear: enable travel experiences for more people, regardless of their financial situation.

What began as a travel platform quickly evolved. As our team grew and our reach expanded—from offices across the U.S. and Latin America to a presence on every continent—we realized that travel was just the beginning. At our core, what we were really building was loyalty, engagement… Connection.

Over the years, Inspira has specialized in helping brands engage, reward, and retain their audiences. Our solutions began with travel and loyalty products that kept members, customers, and employees engaged. But we didn’t stop there.
