Of course, we read the articles, watch the data trends, and even integrate some of them into our planning to evolve our systems. This is just one part of the larger story.

Most would interpret that as some spectacular ability to negotiate better pricing than most in the marketplace. I see it as offering a customer proposition that not only delivers great pricing but wraps that pricing around easy-to-navigate technology, supported by people who know and care about successful outcomes for every customer.
