Inspira Team Stories: Moving from Mexico to Spain

 

At Inspira, we are travelers! And we consider flexibility a key aspect of our HR policy, which leads to great inspiring stories like this one of our Frontend Manager, Alex Rojas.

Alex moved from Mexico to Spain but decided to continue working with Inspira. This is what he told us about it:

"Inspira has supported me professionally since I arrived at the company back in 2019 and is always open to our ideas and suggestions. I feel it is a great place to continue growing in my area, which I love, Software Engineering. Thanks to the opportunity to work remotely, the changeover has been easy, manageable, and very transparent. Now that Alex is based in Spain, he can easily travel around Europe and, of course, there are some things he loves about his new location: “I love being able to watch the Real Madrid live and attend a Formula 1 Grand Prix.”
