Today, we introduce Russell Gonzales, our VP of Customer Services. Responsible
for global customer service and operations, Russell engages both with partners
and end customers to ensure that all Inspira brands and products meet their
needs, providing quality customer service at all times. He is also tasked with
managing group bookings and events.
Russell is a veteran, savvy and energetic
online travel agent and travel professional with 20+ years of
solid international working experience in Asia, North America, Africa, and the Middle East.
